Machine Designer with Solidworks

We are seeking a Machine Designer to join our team in Kozhikode/Malabar region. As a Machine Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing machines using Solidworks

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop machines using Solidworks.
- Create 3D drawings and documentation including spare parts list and spare parts drawings.
- Convert 2D drawings into 3D models.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure project completion.
- Review designs and make necessary changes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

**Tasks to perform**
- Mechanical development of high pressure and steam cleaner
- Electrical development of high pressure and steam cleaner
- Design of new housings or machine facelifts
- Special projects in the sector conveyor belt cleaning or individual customer developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in machine design using Solidworks.
- Understanding of machine components and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in 3D modeling, drafting, and assembly using Solidworks.
- Experience in creating and maintaining engineering documentation.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to estimate manhours and provide hourly rate for design work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From ₹250.00 per hour
