We are a fast growing start-up company with good customer base in APAC, US & EUROPE region in Banking (Relationship / Wealth Management) & Financial Services domain.

Moxtra HQ is located at Cupertino, CA with development/support offices in China, Bangalore &
Singapore.

We are looking for an experienced team player to add to our Solutions & Delivery Team. As a member of this team, you will have a unique opportunity to act as a bridge between the
Customers and the Company to get the right solution delivered to the customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the Moxtra service and provide customers with the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
- As necessary, participate in client calls to review open issues and ensure that customer concerns are being addressed, documented, and escalated as appropriate.
- Understand customer pain points and help drive escalations by coordinating between

Product Management, Support groups and other cross teams.
- Provide support to Customers during the ongoing implementations.

**Requirements**:

- Basic Knowledge on SaaS, Debugging and Troubleshooting, Databases, SDKs, API's.
- Basic understanding of Database & any Programming language is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.
- Responsible, team-oriented, well-organized individual with strong communication skills.

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
