**Job Summary**:
This role will involve working closely on all legal contracts, legal compliance matters of an Educational Institutions. The scope of legal support includes commercial contracts, litigation, intellectual property, compliance, licenses approval etc. The role involves working closely with other members of the legal team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, create standard templates of agreements, archiving and renewal of contracts to ensure timely renewal of contracts.
- Legal research and aspects on areas such as compliance tool implementation, data privacy etc.
- Create first drafts of recovery notices, reply to show cause notices and other documentation on a day to day basis.
- Such other tasks, assignments as may be assigned by the Legal Head.
- Law Degree from premier recognized university in India or a common law jurisdiction.
- Go getter attitude, excellent command of both spoken and written English and Kannada.
- Team player and ability to handle multiple assignments and manage major projects to successful completion.
- Highest standards of professional integrity. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
