**Deliverables & Responsibilities**
- Overseeing all supply chain operations at base level.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Reviewing, preparing, and completing procedures of In-warding, Processing, Dispatch, Returns, STN & RSTN, QC, Internal Stock Movement etc.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity of Warehouse Team and Logistics Teams.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
- Answering queries from the customer support team. Out-reaching customers whenever required to understand their issues and resolve them first-hand.
- Processing Marketplace orders online & offline. (Like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Cora Health, PharmEasy, Tata 1MG, Myntra, NetMeds etc.)
- Making daily reports, monitoring and maintaining data for review and analysis at any given time.
- Able to deep-dive and find the problem statement with abilities to resolve them at the root-cause.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month
