Garnet & Gold is seeking a social media enthusiast with a knack for creating engaging content and driving impactful campaigns as Social Media Intern to join our team.

As we expand our operations, we are looking for driven individuals who can join us to strengthen our brand and drive our social media management.

POSITION OPEN: Marketing and Social Media Intern

LOCATION: Gurugram, Haryana

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: In-office, Full-time

EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years, freshers welcome

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor or equivalent degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices and emerging trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.
- Prior experience in social media management and marketing or related roles would be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote services and events and increase visibility, increase engagement and drive website traffic.
- Create compelling and creative content for all social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling and monitoring performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create strategies and engaging content for various marketing and social media channels of the company.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media trends and techniques to drive innovation and ensure effective campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages and build meaningful relationships with our online community.
- Analyse social media metrics and provide insight to optimise content and campaign performance.
