About the Role:
Enpass is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our

marketing team. The intern will be responsible for managing Enpass's social media presence,

creating compelling content, and driving engagement across various platforms. This is a unique

opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and brand

communication while contributing directly to the growth of a fast-paced cybersecurity company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update the content calendar for

Enpass’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring

timely and consistent posting.
- Social Media Posting: Create, schedule, and publish posts aligned with the content

calendar across all social media channels, ensuring brand voice consistency and

message clarity.
- Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media

platforms that is easy to read, informative, and resonates with the target audience.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop creative strategies to enhance Enpass's online

presence, increase engagement, and drive follower growth by exploring innovative ideas

and out-of-the-box solutions.
- Metrics Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g.,

reach, engagement, impressions, clicks) and make data-driven recommendations for

improvement and optimization.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media activities are aligned with Enpass’s

brand guidelines and voice, maintaining a consistent and professional image.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Engineering, or a related field.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a focus on readability and

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast

Position Details:

- Remuneration: ₹15,000 per month, with the possibility of increasing to ₹18,000 based

on performance after 2 months.
