**Responsibilities**:

- Runs monthly system QA tests to ensure our MAP lead generation engine, integrations and data flows are functioning as expected.
- Executes list imports from industry events and other partnership-based initiatives.
- Creates and maintains Salesforce campaigns which are infrastructurally critical for campaign performance, channel performance and ROI reporting.
- Supports the planning of annual and ongoing MarTech growth or consolidation efforts.
- Supports the implementation and troubleshooting of MarTech systems.
- Helps maintain, organize and streamline tech and marketing automation documentation.
- Optimizes and supports project management systems and processes.
- Owns admin functions of various key systems, including system maintenance, cleanup and managing user onboarding/offboarding.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of proven experience working in a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) - understanding of Salesforce Campaigns, Leads, Contacts and Accounts
- General understanding of the MarTech landscape and usage of tools (e.g., Demandbase, Drift, Postal.io, etc.)
- Experience with running QA/test scripts
- HTML knowledge is a plus
