**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospective Student Engagement**:

- Actively recruit prospective students through outreach initiatives, school visits, and community events.
- Conduct presentations and information sessions to promote the school’s programs and values.
- **Admissions Counseling**:

- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the school’s mission.
- **Application Review**:

- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a fair and efficient review process.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and participate in open houses, campus tours, and admission fairs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events and school functions.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of prospective students and manage the admissions database.
- Analyze enrollment trends and contribute to reports for the admissions office.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with faculty, administration, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for prospective students.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic enrollment goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, student services, or a related area preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with admissions software or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
