**Job Description: Site Supervisor**
**Experience**: 4-5 Years (**Preferred experience in projects such as malls, cafes, and restaurants)**
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Reports to**: Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that all activities are executed as per the project plan.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and guide construction workers and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect work progress and quality to ensure alignment with the project's specifications and standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues or deviations from the planned scope.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain daily reports of site activities, including material usage, workforce deployment, and project progress.
- Track inventory and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Address and mitigate any hazards or risks identified on-site.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Handle unforeseen challenges or issues that may arise during the course of the project.
- Liaise with the Project Manager to escalate critical issues or delays.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in supervising projects such as malls, cafes, and restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and tools.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and plans.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)

Work Location: In person
