**Roles and Responsibilities**

The position of MIS Officer would be primarily responsible for supporting the team in defined in creating various MIS reports on an ongoing basis & supporting the Corporate Sales Team & Senior VP-Sales

The MIS Officer will be primarilyresponsible for the following activities:

- Assisting the Sales team and other Stakeholders with Analytical Data
- Preparing Various Ad-Hoc Analysis Reports in Excel
- Preparing PPT's On Sales Overviews
- Tracking Target Variances and Reporting it to Stakeholders on a regular basis
- Updating System & informing Stakeholders with Changes in Sales Targets on a regular
- basis.
- Uploading various data into the system for any changes in Targets, Forecast and Pricing on a monthly basis.
- Preparing Daily & Weekly MIS Reports and sharing it with the Stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis
- Follow up with the sales force team for data collation.
- Maintaining customer master
- Timely Supporting sales team with the required analysis of data.
- Regulatory MIS/Daily MIS Status update to internal team
- Assist Project team for regular MIS/Data compilation

**Job Timing**:9:30 AM-6:30 PM (should be flexible with timings)**Working days**:6 days working (Sunday off)- BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc graduates with 3-4 years of experience in Paints or FMCG company
- Demonstrated experience and success in similar role.

**Key Competencies/ Skills**:

- Completely hands
- on with MS Excel and all associated functions.
- Ability to handle Macros, trends analysis, forecasting, budgeting functions in Excel and generate real-time reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
