**Job Description:

**Job Title**:MIS Executive**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments to generate reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance metrics, and trend analysis reports.
- Automate regular reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Support management with data-driven insights for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and sales teams to streamline data flows.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Generate ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new reporting systems and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in **Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)** and data visualization tools like **Power BI** or **Tableau**.
- Strong understanding of databases and query languages (SQL knowledge preferred).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role
