**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for retail stores.
- Maintain and update inventory, pricing, and SKU data across systems.
- Develop dashboards and performance trackers for store-wise and product-wise sales.
- Analyze data trends related to customer footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value (ATV).
- Coordinate with store managers, supply chain teams, and finance for data accuracy.
- Automate regular reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query) or Power BI.
- Track promotional campaign performance and analyze ROI.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis (preferably in the retail sector).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts).
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
