Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision and Management**:

- Supervise and provide guidance to billing staff.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
- **Billing Operations**:

- Oversee the preparation and distribution of invoices.
- Ensure billing processes comply with company policies and regulations.
- Review and approve billing adjustments and credits.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain accuracy in billing by conducting regular audits and reviews.
- Implement and improve billing procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.
- Work closely with the customer service department to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on billing activities, including revenue reports, outstanding balances, and collection rates.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations based on analysis to senior management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, sales, and IT, to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Participate in meetings to discuss and resolve billing-related issues.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting billing practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- **Technology and Systems**:

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of billing software.
- Work with IT to resolve system issues and implement system enhancements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
