Located in the wild and serene setting of Gir, Gujarat, our property blends natural beauty with refined hospitality. We are looking for a technically sound and service-driven F&B Supervisor to join our team.

**Job Summary**

As an F&B Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery, team coordination, and exceptional guest experiences. You must be well-versed in technical F&B systems, inventory controls, and luxury service protocols. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on service skills with strong operational knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support service teams across restaurant, in-room dining, and bar.
- Ensure service consistency, guest satisfaction, and timely operations.
- Train and guide team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and POS systems.
- Manage inventory, requisitions, and stock controls using hotel systems.
- Monitor hygiene and safety standards in all F&B areas.
- Liaise with kitchen and other departments for seamless service coordination.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, escalating when needed.
- Maintain reports on daily operations, billing accuracy, and guest preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory F&B role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Gujarati is a plus.
- Technically competent, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and peak periods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,702.59 per month
