**About you**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in Supply Planning (incl. production planning), Supply Chain Operations / Manufacturing Operations.
- Strong proficiency in advanced production planning tools, including o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of MRP, Capacity Planning, and running the S&OP / IBP processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in lean manufacturing / green belt or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Having atleast 3-5 years of Factory Operations / Manufacturing Operations

**About the job**

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated individual to help us with this Digital Transition while also managing the Business as Usual Supply Planning Processes of 8 Factories

Your tasks will include:

- Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets.
- Ensure Master Data Correctness and Validation from time to time
- Able to play an active role in driving digitization initiatives including advanced production planning tools like O9, implement Supply Planning & Production, including o9, to drive supply chain optimization and scenario planning.
- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Analyze demand-supply trends and collaborate with sales, finance, and supply planning teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage production planning KPIs, including on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and inventory turnover.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics and planning tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within planning systems, including ERP and o9 Solutions.
- Support new product introductions by aligning production schedules with launch timelines.
