**Location** Mumbai **Experience** 2-3 Years **Key Skills** Drafting, agenda, Minutes and Agreements, Annual Reports, Companies Act, board meeting, Statutory Filings, maintaining statutory register, Vetting, Legal Agreements **Position: Company Secretary & Legal Officer** **Qualification: CS,LLB** **Experience: 1 to 3 years** **Location: Mumbai** **Key responsibilities** - Drafting of Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings and Annual Report Documents; - Convening board and shareholder meetings and handling compliances thereto; - Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and POSH, ROC and other statutory filings, maintenance of statutory registers; - Well versed with regulatory requirements for Section 8 companies; - Drafting and vetting legal agreements; - Assist in preparation of Board & internal presentations and programme communication for the Foundation; - Handling project/partner documentation etc. **Desired profile** - A Company Secretary and LLB with 2-3 years’ work experience. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - A good team player having the ability to work and adapt to diverse sets of people. - Must project a mature & respectful attitude at work and with the Foundation’s partners and other stakeholders.
