The company is committed to providing high-quality products to its global clientele.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary, based in Mumbai. The Company Secretary will be appointed as a compliance officer for a listed company. As a full time company secretary and will be responsible to do all the secretarial compliances and partly legal issues of the company. The person will also be responsible for the secretarial compliances of the other Private Limited and LLP concerns of the group and managing board meetings and general meetings.Experience: 4-5 Years for compliance of listed companiesQualifications- Strong understanding of corporate laws, regulations, and governance- Experience in preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records- Proficiency in managing board meetings, general meetings, and drafting minutes- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) certification- Experience in the textile industry is a plus
