**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Assist in conducting in-person and virtual interviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- A passion for identifying and hiring top talent.

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
