Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive. You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for healthcare positions. The Recruiter will engage with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks will involve building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, conducting candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
  • Strong Hiring and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition or a related field is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
