We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **independent contractor** to assist us with online research and data entry tasks. This is a **full-time remote role** (work from home) with flexible timings. The contractor will be engaged on a **monthly retainer basis**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create profiles/accounts on various websites for backlink purposes.
- Download books and resources from online archives.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of collected data.
- Perform other simple online research and data-related tasks as needed.

**Work Details**:

- Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (not an employee role)
- Location: Remote (Tamil Nadu preferred)
- Schedule: 6 days per week, ~8 hours per day (flexible timing)

**Requirements**:

- Basic internet research and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with Google search and simple online tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver accurate work.
- Laptop/desktop with reliable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and responsible.

**Compensation**:

- Monthly Retainer: ₹10,000
- Payments will be made monthly via bank transfer.
