**Sales Associate**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with customers to understand their requirements and recommend tailored solutions from our organic product range.
- Promote and sell a diverse selection of organic FMCG and F&V products using engaging communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and sourcing to confidently address customer queries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive strategies and customer-focused interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, events, and other initiatives to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in managing inventory to ensure availability and freshness of products while maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Gather customer feedback and industry insights to help refine offerings and sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and effective sales techniques.

**Core Skills and Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships and collaborate with team members.
- Proven sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets; experience in the FMCG or F&V sectors is an advantage.
- Passion for organic products and a commitment to promoting a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

**Ideal Experience or Background Level**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the organic FMCG or F&V industry.
- Knowledge of organic certifications and product standards is a bonus.
- High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
