Representing the company in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
- Following up on matters, tracking status of matters.
- Providing legal counsel and advice on a wide range of matters including property acquisitions, leasing agreements, financing options etc.
- Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to real estate and finance, and proactively advising the company on necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
- Assisting in the resolution of disputes.
- Taking follow ups with onboard lawyers, counsels, advocates and solicitors.
- Visiting government departments for office work.
- Visiting police stations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external parties, and legal professionals.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
