**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in daily operations, including preparing sales reports, quotes, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and provide product information as needed.
- Handle client inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and purchase orders.
- Manage customer databases and update records regularly.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with the processing of sales orders and ensure the smooth flow of information.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for product availability.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sales records.
