**Hiring**: Production Executive(Urgent basis)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and branding objectives.
- Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and production partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality branding materials and promotional items.
- Develop production schedules, budgets, and timelines for each project, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to execute production plans effectively.
- Review and approve production proofs, samples, and prototypes to ensure they meet branding Guidelines /standards and client expectations.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Proven experience 3-5 Years in production management, preferably in the advertising or
- branding industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint must)
- Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production techniques.
- Flex printing and Brochure printing is desirable.
