**Performance Marketing Executive**

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a **Performance Marketing Executive** to drive revenue growth through **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and Shopify**. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive e-commerce sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Paid Advertising Management**
- Plan, create, and optimize **Meta Ads** (Facebook & Instagram) and **Google Ads** (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and audience targeting to improve conversions.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to increase customer retention.

**2. E-commerce Marketing (Shopify)**
- Ensure ad campaigns align with Shopify store promotions, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with the design and development team to create high-converting product pages.
- Implement and optimize conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, GA4, UTM tracking).
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.

**3. Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Track and analyze key performance metrics across all ad platforms.
- Generate detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify analytics to understand customer behavior.
- Set up and analyze funnel tracking to optimize conversion paths.

**4. Budget & Strategy Planning**
- Manage ad spend efficiently, ensuring campaigns remain cost-effective.
- Allocate budget across different platforms based on performance data.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **1-3+ years** of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proven experience managing **Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads**.
- Hands-on experience with **Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel**.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in **A/B testing and performance optimization**.
- Understanding of **CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)**.
- Experience with audience targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies is a plus.
