**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Interacting with clients / customer
- Managing in-bound and out-bound sales and calls
- Pre-sale & post-sale support
- Responsible for day-to-day Order Processing, Deliveries, and Returns of Customer Order
- Coordinate with other teams on execution of brands, marketing and e-commerce activities
- Manage the quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Prepare Insight Report on day-to-day activities
- Working closely with Marketing & Order Processing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Customize Sales strategies
- Developing and generating new business through cold calling, referrals, leads follow up
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Good Analytical Skills
- Strong knowledge in Excel / Google sheet
- Good Communication Skills
- Should be a smart worker and not only a hard worker
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach with an energetic attitude and team working spirit
- Exceptional sales skills along with strong marketing and business intelligence skills
- High Mobility considering the importance of growth and not job timings
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision and more ownership
