**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify key decision-makers in real estate companies (UK + US)
- Qualify leads and schedule demos
- Understand client pain points and solution Ywork offers
- Maintain and update CRM with lead details and activity logs
- Support on-ground activities, webinars, and UK/US sales visits when required

**What We're Looking For**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Hunger to learn B2B sales and digital marketing
- Ability to generate leads
- Bonus: Experience in construction, SaaS, or AI tools
- Preferred: Final year student or recent graduate from any discipline

**Salary & Contract**

Training Period (15 Days):

- You can choose one of the following during the training phase:

- Option 1: ₹15,000 stipend
- Option 2: Complimentary lodging and meals (no cash stipend)

Post-Training Internship (3 Months):

- Full-time internship with a ₹25,000/month stipend
- Potential Pre-Placement OTer (PPO) based on performance

Location: In-person at our Gandhinagar oTice, Gujarat, India

Working Hours (Two Shift Options):

- Option 1: 1:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST (aligned with UK hours)
- Option 2: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST
- Note: You will be assigned a shift based on the company’s requirements

Additional Info:

- No contractual bond

**Selection Process**
- Short assignment to assess communication and research skills
- Brief HR interview
- Main interviews with the core team
- Internship offer
- Joining within 1 week of selection

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
