As a KEM Retort and Filling Machine Operator, you will ensure efficient production of food products by operating and maintaining retort and filling machines.

**Responsibilities**:
**(A)Machine Operation**:

- Operate KEM retort and filling machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machine operations for smooth and efficient production.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and meet production targets.

**(B)Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other parameters for proper sterilization during the retort process.
- Take corrective actions for deviations from quality standards.

**(C)Maintenance and Cleaning**:

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
- Clean and sanitize equipment to prevent contamination of food products.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs as needed.

**(D)Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs and quality inspection reports.
- Document any deviations from standard procedures and report them to the supervisor.

**(E)Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the organization's safety culture.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational training or certification in machine operation or food processing.
- Experience with KEM retort and filling machines.
- Understanding of HACCP principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
