**Name of Position: Production Executive (Food Technologist)** - Retort, Batch Making, Filling, Preparation

**Key Overview**:

- Lead production operations for retort processing, batch making, filling, and preparation in the THERMAL PROCESSS food manufacturing industry.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and production targets.
- Proven track record of good accounting of process, people system and structure.
- Shopfloor activity and discipline over shop floor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily production activities, including scheduling, monitoring, and optimizing processes.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout all production stages.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide leadership and training to production staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Oversee inventory management to support production requirements and minimize costs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree - food science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in production management within the food processing industry.
- Expertise in retort processing, batch making, filling, and preparation techniques.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems for production planning and inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
