**Job Title: Female Office Coordinator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in calculating project work progress, costs, quotes, and final payments.
- Keep track of project-related financials, including advances, final payments, and invoices.
- Create and maintain various reports related to project progress, costs, and payments.
- Manage and update Excel spreadsheets regularly to track and analyze data.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and financial aspects are on track.
- Handle pressure and manage workloads during peak business times.
- Ensure high levels of organizational efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for calculations, data analysis, and report generation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Capable of working under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude during busy periods.
- Highly committed, hardworking, and dedicated to achieving team and company goals.
