**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Coordinate the import process from start to finish, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and compliance certificates.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the finance department to process import-related payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay up-to-date with import regulations and trade agreements to ensure compliance with customs laws.
- Assist in optimizing import procedures and identifying opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.

**Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in import operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and import procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and import management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
