Press Brake Operator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate press brake machines to produce components as per design and quality standards.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Select, install, and align appropriate tooling, dies, and fixtures.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to achieve required accuracy and tolerances.
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Angle gauge, etc.).
- Maintain machine cleanliness, perform basic troubleshooting, and report maintenance needs.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and quality inspectors to achieve daily targets.
- Record production data and follow company documentation protocols.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Hands-on experience in **operating CNC/NC/Manual Press Brake machines**.
- Knowledge of **sheet metal fabrication processes**.
- Ability to read and interpret **engineering drawings and fabrication sketches**.
- Familiarity with **measuring instruments and quality inspection tools**.
- Basic understanding of machine programming (for CNC press brakes preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace **safety and quality standards**.

**Qualifications**
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Fabrication or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Press Brake operations (preferably in Heavy Engineering / EPC / Fabrication industry).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
