We are looking for a Video Editing Intern to help create engaging digital content that enhances our online presence and connects with potential investors and clients.
- **About the Role**:_

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience in video editing, social media marketing, and digital content creation while working remotely with an international real estate company. You will be responsible for editing videos, designing posters, and conducting research on market trends to enhance social media engagement.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Edit property showcase videos, marketing content, and social media clips for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create visually appealing posters and graphics to promote properties and investment opportunities.
- Conduct research on social media trends, engagement strategies, and real estate content ideas.
- Assist in planning and brainstorming creative digital content.
- Improve video quality with smooth transitions, effects, and storytelling techniques.
- Stay updated on real estate and social media marketing trends to optimize content performance.
- **Requirements**:_
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript, or similar).
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Photoshop for poster creation.
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Interested in researching content trends and methods to increase reach.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with an international team.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work.
