## **Position Summary**

## **Responsibilities**
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms (social media, website, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, timelines, and editing styles.
- Optimize video content for different social media platforms and formats.
- Assist in organizing and managing video assets and files.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing trends and techniques.
- Make revisions based on feedback and suggestions to meet project standards.

## **Requirements**
- **Educational Background**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- **Creativity**: Strong storytelling ability and understanding of visual design principles.
- **Detail-Oriented**: High attention to detail in editing, ensuring quality and consistency.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
- **Additional Skills (preferred)**: Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus.
