Position: Telecalling and Admission Counselling

Location: Above NVRS Complex, above Akshara Spoken English, GS Palaya, Konappana Agrahara, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100

Experience: Prior experience not required

**Salary**: 20,000 - 30,000 INR per month + attractive incentives.

Job Overview:
As a Telecalling and Admission Counselling Executive at Wartens, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students over the phone to inform them about our job-oriented programs and guide them through the admission process. This role offers an exciting opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in education and sales, contributing to our mission of transforming careers and lives through quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students in our programs.

2. Provide detailed information about Wartens PLC’s job-oriented programs, including curriculum details, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

3. Understand the needs and aspirations of prospective students and recommend suitable programs.

4. Handle inquiries regarding program features, fees, eligibility criteria, and other relevant information.

5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students in the CRM system.

6. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to admission.

7. Assist in organizing and participating in promotional activities such as webinars, seminars, and education fairs as required.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication skills in English and any two regional languages.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

3. Passionate about education and helping individuals achieve their career goals.

4. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

5. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be an advantage but not mandatory.
