Job Title: Quality Control Checker (Garments)

Job Summary:
As a Quality Control Checker in the garments industry, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the garments produced meet the established quality standards and specifications. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall quality of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Inspect Raw Materials**:

- Examine incoming fabric, trims, and other materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to address any quality issues with suppliers.
- **In-Process Inspection**:

- Monitor the manufacturing process to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections at different stages of production to identify and rectify defects.
- **Final Product Inspection**:

- Perform detailed inspections on finished garments to verify compliance with quality specifications.
- Check for defects in stitching, pattern, color, sizing, and overall appearance.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, including defects found and corrective actions taken.
- Generate reports summarizing quality metrics and trends for management review.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production teams to address quality issues promptly and provide feedback for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information related to quality concerns.
- **Training and Education**:

- Provide training to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to address recurring quality issues.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
