**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Qualitative Researcher with a passion for understanding human behavior and driving insights that lead to impactful solutions. As part of our team, you will play a key role in conducting qualitative and primary research, helping our clients build user-centered products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth qualitative research to understand user behavior, preferences, and needs.
- Design and execute primary research studies, including interviews, focus groups, and observational research.
- Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into decision-making processes.
- Utilize our remote research platform to gather and analyze real-time user experiences.
- Create clear and compelling research reports and presentations for stakeholders.

**Key Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in qualitative research and primary research methodologies.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and behavioral analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience working in dynamic and collaborative environments.
