**Job Title**: Qualitative Market Research Analyst

**Location**: Viman Nagar, Pune

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in qualitative market research
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute qualitative market research studies, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography, and other research methodologies.
- Develop research plans and strategies tailored to client objectives and business goals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and moderate focus groups to gather insights.
- Analyze and interpret qualitative data, identifying trends, themes, and actionable insights.
- Prepare and present clear and concise reports with findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure research outcomes align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, research techniques, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in qualitative market research.
- Proven experience in moderating focus groups and conducting in-depth interviews.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage client expectations effectively.
