Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role at our office in Pune for a Qualitative Researcher. The role involves conducting in-depth market research to analyze consumer behavior and industry trends, performing ethnographic studies, and gathering qualitative data to generate actionable insights. Daily tasks may include designing and executing research studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic decision-making by presenting findings supported by data analysis. QualificationsStrong expertise in Market Research and Research methodologiesProficiency in Analytical Skills for interpreting qualitative data and deriving insightsKnowledge of Ethnography and experience conducting ethnographic researchExperience with both Quantitative Research and Qualitative Research methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independentlyMaster's degree in Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in B2B research or consultancy is an advantageInterested candidate can share their resume on hr@beaconmartech.com
