1. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and properly set up for the day's service.

2. Setting up the side stations with the required items, utensils etc throughout the shift.

3. Conduct a pre-shift meeting, covering protocols, service standards, and any special needs.

4. Greeting the guests professionally and warmly.

5. Promptly clean the table, chairs, and side station. Refill the required items on the table after completion of the table.

6. Oversee assigned tables, ensuring timely service, refilling water, and addressing any requests promptly. Facilitate accurate and smooth billing process.

7. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, finding solutions that leave them satisfied. In absence of seniors or direct the complaints to the more appropriate colleagues.

8. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards throughout the shift.

9. Oversee the cleaning and closing of the dining area, ensuring everything is secure and prepared for the next shift/day.

10. The ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize duties is key.
