We required client service / Back office executive for our Creative Design / Print Division and Corporate Gift business. He/She may visit client office for sample demonstration and job discussion.

Responsibilities and Duties **:He/She should maintain**

1. Co-ordination with Client for orders, proposal etc

2. Creation of Proposal / Presentation for Clients

3. Co-ordination with Accounts & other departments.

4. Mail Communications with different stake holders, Tracking proposal, orders, invoices in terms of CRM

5. Communicating with existing customers for relationship management (taking feedback, identification of cross selling / upselling opportunities)

6. Sample Filling

7. Client Follow Up / Communication

8. Tender Documents Participation / Follow Up.

9. Vendor Registration and Miscellaneous office jobs.

10. Web content preparation.

11. Update company information and products to facebook and other social media.

12. Daily common office jobs.

13. Different data/supporting work details mail to client - time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 per week
