**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
**Upwork Expertise**: Utilize **Upwork **effectively to find and bid on relevant projects, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
**Portfolio Writing**: Create and maintain persuasive and visually appealing portfolios that showcase the company's capabilities and past successes.
**Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's needs.
**Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
**Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Any Bachelor’s Degree
**Experience: 1Year+ **experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with specific experience on Upwork platform.
**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of Upwork and other online marketplaces.
Proven track record in lead generation and sales.
Excellent portfolio writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
