As an Architect at Tharakans Group, you will play a crucial role in the design and planning of construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and adhere to project specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and present architectural designs, including detailed plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to refine project requirements and resolve design issues.
- Prepare and review design documents, including blueprints, schematics, and 3D models.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor progress, and ensure design integrity.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the construction phase.
- Assist in coordinating with contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably within a construction firm.
- Proven experience with site assessments and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional license or certification is a plus.
