**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated Tele caller Counselor to engage with potential and existing students, providing information about our educational programs, answering queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about courses.
- Offer personalized counseling based on students' educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused.
