**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Strategy & Planning**: Develop and execute the editorial strategy for lifestyle features, ensuring alignment with audience interests and brand goals.
- **Editorial Oversight**: Commission, edit, and curate high-quality lifestyle articles covering topics such as fashion, wellness, travel, food, relationships, and culture.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage a team of writers, freelancers, and contributors, providing feedback and guidance to maintain editorial standards.
- **Content Development**: Generate fresh and innovative feature ideas, ensuring a mix of long-form and short-form content to engage diverse readerships.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, photographers, and digital teams to enhance content with compelling visuals and multimedia elements.
- **SEO & Digital Best Practices**: Optimize content for digital platforms, ensuring it is SEO-friendly, shareable, and aligned with audience engagement trends.
- **Deadlines & Workflow Management**: Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
- **Brand Voice & Consistency**: Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all lifestyle content.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with industry trends and audience preferences to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- 5-6 years of experience in feature writing and editing, preferably in a lifestyle magazine or e-zine.
- Strong editorial judgment with an eye for compelling storytelling and engaging content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing teams of writers and working with contributors.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital publishing trends, and content optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, social media, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong network of lifestyle industry contacts, including writers, influencers, and experts.
- Experience with multimedia content creation (videos, podcasts, interactive storytelling).
- Background in print and digital media with a deep understanding of audience engagement strategies.
