**Role**: Assistant Manager - Marketing Analytics
**Experience**: 6 to 8 years
**Location**: Chennai, Bangalore

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional with strong expertise in marketing analytics to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This role involves collaborating closely with solution teams, engaging with entity heads and growth leaders, and driving impactful client conversations. You will play a key role in articulating value propositions, leading prospect discussions, and contributing to business growth through your marketing analytics expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as a marketing analytics consultant during prospect and client engagements, effectively translating business challenges into analytical solutions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific areas such as:

- Marketing ROI
- Campaign effectiveness
- Brand management
- Media/channel performance
- Bring deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:

- Marketing measurement frameworks
- Campaign and customer journey analytics
- Brand analytics and sentiment tracking
- Media effectiveness (TV, digital, offline)
- Social media analytics
- SEO/SEM optimization
- Digital marketing performance measurement
- Independently lead and handle prospect calls and contribute to winning deals in the marketing analytics space.
- Support business development initiatives by crafting compelling narratives and analytics-driven proposals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 6-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, consulting, or related roles.
- Proven ability to lead client conversations and offer strategic insights based on data.
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics/data science as applied to the marketing domain.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to build and present analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated business development acumen, especially in analytics-driven environments.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
