**Your Role in a Nutshell**:
You're not just a marketing executive - you're a storyteller, a trend-spotter, a creative spark plug, and a brand-building machine. Your job is to take our brand into the hearts and minds of our audience through clever campaigns, killer content, and bold initiatives.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Own & Execute**: Ideate, plan, and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) with a strong creative angle.
- **Brand Building**: Collaborate directly with the founders on defining, refining, and amplifying the brand voice, tone, and identity.
- **Creative Thinking**: Think outside the box - then set the box on fire. We want out-of-the-ordinary ideas that create buzz and build loyalty.
- **Community Engagement**: Help build and engage a passionate customer community via social media, influencers, and events.
- **Performance Tracking**: Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels (don’t worry - we’ll help you grow into this).
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with design, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product storytelling.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in a D2C or startup setup).
- Proactive mindset - you take ownership and run with things.
- A knack for creativity and storytelling - especially for social media.
- Obsessed with consumer trends, internet culture, and what’s _cool_.
- A thinker and a doer - strategy + execution both matter here.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, no-silos, build-it-today environment.
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc.
