**Headcount Requirement **-50 for **Premium** English process / 90 For Domestic Hindi process

**Skill Required**:
Fluency in verbal **English** is a must for Premium Processes.

Fluent in Hindi language with an understanding of basic English for Domestic Hindi process.
**Enthusiastic** and willing to coordinate with customers through voice/non-voice.

Conduct oneself as per the pre-determined **quality** parameters, achieve and enhance **productivity**, process and schedule **adherence**, customer satisfaction with statutory **compliance**.
Comfortable to work **6 days** in a week in rotational shifts.
Must be compliant with **rotational** week **offs.**

**Working Hours** - **9hrs**/day (including 1-hour break).

Shift: Male - Between 7am to 11 pm // Female
- Between 7am to 7 pm

**Qualification **- **Graduate / Undergraduate.

Knowledge of **MS Office** is an added advantage.

Open for **all genders**.

**Salary Range**:
Salary **INR7000** to **INR15000**
Training Stipend
- **INR3000** to **INR5000** in hand (For 30 Days - Class Room + OJT)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal - 462026, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (required)
