The Back-End Coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s procurement and costing processes, ensuring that all purchased goods and services are sourced at the best prices while maintaining quality and operational efficiency. This role is focused on behind-the-scenes activities such as managing cost data, purchase orders and supplier relations.
- Cost Management: Calculate and track the cost of purchased items, ensuring accurate data for budgeting and financial reporting. Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to update cost structures.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions. Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery.
- Data Entry and System Management: Accurately enter purchase order details, costs, and delivery timelines into the company’s procurement system or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Pricing Analysis: Perform cost analysis and assess the impact of pricing changes, discount structures, and purchasing decisions on the company’s overall cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, invoices, supplier communications, and costing data. Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
