- **1. Administrative Support**:
Assist the boss with various administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- **2. Sales Activities**:
Actively participate in sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, client communication, and conducting sales presentations.
- **3. Travel Arrangements**:
Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for the boss, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating itineraries.
- **4. Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- **5. Documentation and Reporting**:
Prepare sales reports, maintain sales-related documentation, and update databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- **6. Communication and Coordination**:
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the boss and other team members, clients, and external parties.

Experience or knowledge in sales techniques, lead generation, customer relationship management, and conducting sales presentations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Demonstrated proficiency in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
- **5. Flexibility and Adaptability**:
Willingness to travel with the boss and work flexible hours, which may personal and business trips.
- **6. Organizational Skills**:
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism in handling sensitive information.
